Playfish is seeking creative motivated individuals to join its game studios. As a Game Developer you will work with some of the most talented people in the social games industry in a fun and exciting environment. Making use of cutting-edge technologies across a number of platforms, you will be involved in the entire game development process from design concept to release and therefore have a strong influence on the overall product.

We are looking for people who are solution oriented, goal driven and look at technology as a tool to achieve an entertaining result. We believe that raw talent combined with a positive attitude is what is needed to make great games.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Development of new games and related features
• Contribute to the evolvement of our existing games
• Maintain detailed design documentation throughout the project cycle
Key Requirements:
• Strong programming knowledge across several languages and platforms including ActionScript 3, Java and/or C++.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, physics and math.
• A natural feeling for and understanding of good gameplay mechanics.
• A wish to learn and share knowledge and experience with other team members.
• Someone who is open for input and enjoys working in an iterative and agile process.
• Specific Flash/AS3 knowledge is a plus.
• Relevant game development and/or demo-scene experience is a plus.
• Most important of all, you need to love games!

• Computer Science degree or related discipline
